Ep 12: Forge Gym: Cokmar Badge
At least 30 Pokémon has already
been recorded in Ash’s PokeVice. Now they will add some more in the gym battle
with Nikos and Novak. Nikos and Novak were the mysteries brothers. They won’t
use the same Pokémon they used before. One on one rule been mentioned by Nikos.
So that, Ash and his friends will experience this battle. Nikos and Novak will
use three out of four Pokémon that they had. Ash, Yoshua and Nadine must win
two out of three matches.
The first battle is between Novak
and Yoshua. Yoshua used Garrough while Novak used 33Whitorn (Normal/Psychic).Whitorn have wings but it can’t
fly. Garrough attack Whitorn using Solo
Punch. Whitorn evaded and used Scary
Face. Both attack each other and finally Garrough have advantage moment and
punch Whitorn out from the arena using the basic Potential lock. Yoshua win the
first match. Nikos smiled to see Yoshua make used of that Potential.
Nadine step as the second trainer.
She used Baboohm in the fight. Nikos used 34Metlot(Fighting/Psychic). Metlot used Helmet Rush to attack Baboohm. Baboohm step aside and used Pound. Metlot was slightly injured. Metlot
attack Baboohm with combo move (Helmet
Rush and Clear Mind) after Nikos
set something on his bracelet. Ash and his friends knew that was the second
phase of Potential. Baboohm can’t move so that it received the attack from Metlot.
Baboohm was defeated. Nikos says that combos are allowed in the battle as per
new rule been revised lately.
Ash must win the third match so
that they will get the first badge. Before Nikos used his Pokémon, one of the
Lovary was entering the arena. Ash must defeat that Lovary so that they will
get the reward. Ash used Pikachu in the fight. Pikachu only can use Quick Attack and Iron Tail. Nikos saw that as advantage for him. Pikachu and Lovary
continuously attack each other. Pikachu was awesome but will much more awesome
if it got its electric ability back. Lovary attack Pikachu and Pikachu was
not able to battle. Nikos stops the fight. He discuss with his twin brother. Nikos
and Novak mentioned that Ash win the battle.
Novak asked Ash about Pikachu
condition. Ash mentioned about the black phenomenon that happen during the
flight. Novak told Ash that he got the cure for Pikachu’s bad condition. It has
been called as iIonic Blast Machine.
Novak was widely known as The Intel and Nikos was called as The Engineer. Novak
put Pikachu in that machine and start the process. Novak tells Ash that Pikachu
got the ion effect due to the bad phenomenon. This machine will absorb that
black ion from Pikachu’s body. Novak says that they can’t 100 per cent cure
Pikachu but at least Pikachu will get back the electric moves. Nikos mentioned
that Ash must get Pikachu for further check-up in Sol Lab.
Pikachu was been cured and it
learnt a new hybrid move called Ionic Charge. It combined electric with ion
that will boost up the impact on the opponent. Pikachu was been leveled up.
With that new move, Pikachu will have ability to fight Lovary. Nikos gives Ash
and his friend iiCokmar Badge. Yoshua
knows that his Cavate will become Lovary soon. They need to have a break before
leaving Forge City. Significant of Cokmar as the design of Forge City’s badge
is Cokmar is a weapon that unique and both of that twin gym leader’s father
like that weapon so much. There’s a prototype of that weapon in their secret
lab.
Note: (33) Whitorn (White+Torn) – Griff
Pokémon – Whitorn have wing but it can’t fly. It loves to torn thing into two
when anger. Whitorn got white body with colourful transparent wings. It loves
bright colours thing and always want to capture Beautifly, Butterfree or Dustox
that have colourful wings. Male Whitorn always fall when walking. Female got
more grace walking to evade itself from falling down.
(34) Metlot (Helmet+Remote) –
Helmet Pokémon – Metlot got a pinkish body. It wears white helmet all the time.
Metlot walks remotely because it scares to be attack by opponent but while its
confident pumps up, it will get serious in the fight. It used it’s helmet as
defence and offence in that fight.
(i) Ion Blast Machine is the machine that extracting bad ion from
certain thing. Novak invents this machine by sketching the blue print. Nikos
turn that blue print into real machine.
(ii)Cokmar Badge is an official badge.
Pikachu sickness is been cured by Novak & Nikos..
But it's not 100%..
In this state of condition, Pikachu still effected by that black ion which block Pikachu's electric moves..
