Where is Emerald City..?

Emerald City been mentioned by Bellamy in Jaya arc..
Since then theorist predicted and speculated that Emerald City would be located somewhere near the end of New World..
In the past..
Theorist predicted that Emerald City would be revealed in Raftel arc..
But lately..
Some of them speculated that Emerald City would be located in Elbaf arc..

Which one do you guys think the best location for Emerald City..?

Let me described what Emerald City would be in One Piece..

Few notes to digest about Emerald City:
i) Green Theme
Emerald City was indeed a green city..
Because of that..
It matched the color of Loki..
Oda revealed that Loki is the prince of giant that want to marry Lola..
He lived in Elbaf..
That's why theorist speculated that Emerald City would be in Elbaf arc..

ii) Characters from Wizard of Oz
Emerald City derived from the classic story of Dorothy Gale..
The adventure of Dorothy Gale with her dog named Toto..
She then meets THREE characters where all of them become her best friends..
i) Cowardly Lion that need bravery
ii) Tin Woodman that need heart
iii) Scarecrow that need brain

I already make a post about this characters in the past..
Yeah.. I linked them to Elbaf arc..
a) Nami would become Dorothy Gale
b) Chopper or Usopp would best fit for Cowardly Lion
Reasons:
i) Both of them need to become brave person..
ii) Chopper would best fit for Cowardly Lion because of his forms..
iii) Lion is a king of beast in Africa.. Africa is linked to Usopp..
- But I think that Chopper would be this Cowardly Lion because Usopp got another task in Elbaf.. I will explain it later..
c) Franky would become Tin Woodman
d) Gastino or Brook would best fit for Scarecrow
Reasons:
i) Both of them need to a brain especially Brook because he don't have one..
ii) Their characters linked to Scarecrow.. Somehow in the latest chapter Brook wear some costume that look like scarecrow for me (Costume that resemble Luffy)
- But I think Gastino would best fit for Scarecrow..

Why I pick those SH Pirates to fit in those character from Wizard of Oz..?
- Because I think that Nami, Chopper, Franky & Gastino will eventually meets someone that would makes their dream comes true.. Especially those three (not included Nami) because Nami will achieved her dream when SH Pirates went to Birka at the moon (Moon arc maybe).. She want to map the earth right..? maybe at the moon she can easily mapping the earth.. That will makes her dream comes true.. But for Emerald City.. Nami got a witch theme.. And Emerald City is a place full of wizard & witch.. Maybe meeting some witches there would makes Nami kinda become a witch herself.. Maybe weather witch with her Clima-Tact..
- That someone I told earlier would be Vegapunk.. I think after PunkHazard arc.. Vegapunk was transfer to a new location.. Emerald City would be the best place for him to make his new invention.. Look.. Wizard of Oz is not just a wizard.. He also the inventor and love to practice science too.. Maybe Vegapunk is Wizard of Oz.. So it's the best time for Chopper, Franky & Gastino to learn from Vegapunk.. And Gastino will somehow shine in this arc too.. Remember his dream is to become the great scientist.. Maybe he will somehow can defeated Vegapunk in science.. Chopper & Franky too need to learn few thing from Vegapunk.. Chopper want to gain knowledge on medical and Franky was in Vegapunk's secret lab almost two years (during timeskip).. The chance to meet Vegapunk is the chance of the lifetime for three of them..

iii) Yellow Road
Yellow road is the only way to Emerald City..
Maybe Oda make used of this as symbolic for Usopp..
Remember that Usopp's favourite color is yellow..
Then the yellow road mean that a road for Usopp to shine..
He got the giant theme since Little Garden..
And then gain a lot of respect from Hajrudin in Dressrosa..
Step his foots in Elbaf maybe will eventually turn him into a great warrior of the sea (his dream)..
Many theorist mentioned that Usopp will become as David to challenge and fight a giant with his weapon..
Maybe Oda also think about that..
I'm so hype to see the change of Usopp in that arc..

iv) The Great Warrior Pirates
The Great Warrior Pirates was a group of giants under Brogy & Dory (two giants in Little Garden).. But that group was over since Brogy & Dory fighting each others in Little Garden.. But Hajrudin build that group again..
Noted that Hajrudin want to have that Mera Mera No Mi..
He want to eat it and become the king of giant..
So..
If Hajrudin now under Luffy..
What is the reason he want to become the king in Elbaf..?
We knew that Mera Mera No Mi is a Logia DF which representing the fire..
Fire DF to become a king in Elbaf..?
What is Oda trying to tell us..?
They need fire ability in the fight..?
Who is their enemy..?
Greenbull..?
Gaia the Titan (perhaps Oda want to make her as the queen of Elbaf)..?
Or Hajrudin want to fight Loki since Loki got the green theme on him..?

So..

Emerald City would be at Raftel or Elbaf..?
For me..
Elbaf fit well because it can mashed with Norse Mythology & Emerald City so well..
Remember that Nami is also linked to Norse Mythology..
Since Oda mentioned Nami is Swedish (Sweden)..
And Swedish is one of three Scandinavian languages lead to Norse Mythology..
And Nami also got a witch theme that linked to Emerald City..
Usopp & Nami maybe got to shine in this arc..
But Usopp will be brighter than Nami..
Nami can be brightest when she reach the moon..
