Hearing Voice of All Things : What did Gol D Roger did for getting Big Mom's Road Poneglyph..?

Hearing Voice of All Things (HVAT)..
Does all D Clan got this kind of sense..?
Does all the ancient weapon got this kind of sense..?

What it takes to get this kind of sense..?
Does it related to rare tribe bloodline (example: Third Eye Tribe got the power to read poneglyph as what Big Mom mentioned in last few chapters)

So many questions derived from this topic..
Does the one who could hear the voice of all things will end his life as Gol D Roger (Because he got rare disease)
Did Captain Yorki from Rumbar Pirates also got rare disease because he also can hear the voice of all things..?
Does Momonosuke and Princess Shirahoshi also will faces the same ending along with Luffy..?


I don't think D Clan got this kind of sense..
Because Oda never give hint about it for other D bloodline such as BlackBeard or Law..
Even Portgas D Ace or Monkey D Garp also don't show they got this kind of sense at the first place..
What bring Luffy to get this kind of sense/power..?
Rare genetic in the bloodline..?

What was happen to Big Mom or her army when Roger did used that sense/power so that he could steal/rub that Road Poneglyph..?
Will Oda show us exactly what is 'Hearing Voice of All Things' is in next few chapters at least in WCI arc..
It could be the 'hidden key' for Luffy to win over Big Mom as what Roger did in the past..
Maybe Luffy did not mastered it yet but Luffy still got advantage here in WCI..

Could HVAT is another great ability such as Haki..?
Could it be that HVAT could be the highest HAKI's level only can be mastered by the one who perfected all three HAKI..?
Is that HVAT will bring danger to the one that learnt it..?
Is that HVAT linked to rare disease that happen to be like a virus in certain genetic in a human..?
Or HVAT is existed for someone that linked to Ancient Weapons (Because there's a theory where Ancinet Weapon could be more than 3..)

What's the next move that Oda plan to do..?
He gives us 'Hearing Voice of All Things' and then 'Third Eye Tribe that can read Poneglyphs'..
Those two are linked to ears and eyes..
Are there's more such as nose and mouth..? lol..
But HVAT linked from mouth too..
Let me explain it..
The user could hear the voice using his ears..
But can command it with mouth like Momonosuke did to Zunisha the giant elephant..
Same goes to third eye tribe that can read the poneglyph with their eyes but interpretes it with mouth..

What happen there between Big Mom and Roger when Roger used HVAT to rub Big Mom's road poneglyph..??
What is HVAT..??
This makes me think to the fight between Zoro & Mr.1 at Alabasta..
Zoro did hear the voice of all thing..
He did mention that his dojo master also talk bout this voice..
Could Zoro too capable to learn HVAT..?
