Another character that Oda still hold his role in this WCI arc..
After Capone 'Gang' Bege, Caeser Clown was been forced by Big Mom to run experiments on Giant..
Big Mom's dream that relates to giant..
Maybe the only one races that she don't have in her territory is giant..
Back to Ceaser Clown, we first met him at Punk Hazard..
Then he been captured by SH and brought to Dressrosa..
He been the main target for many big characters such as Joker a.k.a Doflamingo and Big Mom since Punk Hazard's projects been sabotage by Law and SH..
What will be his role in this WCI arc..?
Did he discover new findings to make normal human into giant here at WCI..?
Or he need time to think how to escape WCI..
I wondered why Jinbei mentioned they are 10 crew members including Luffy that want to crush Big Mom's arranged tea party..?
Does Brulee & Diesel are those two added crews or other characters such as Reiju and Caeser..?
Last few chapter we don't see Charlotte Perospero (Big Mom's 1st sons)..
I think he been appointed by Big Mom to take care on Giant Project..
So..
If Caeser Clown aware of what will happen at the tea party especially Pudding's wedding ceremony..
He will act to fight Perospero..
Could SH go and find Caeser before they reach an agreement with Capone or after that alliance..?
For me, I think that Caeser will follow SH to Wano Ku Ni..
This is the pay back time for him to atone all his bad work in Punk Hazard (remember that Kaido's army used the same poison that Caeser made at Zou..) So Caeser must feeling guilty for what he had done before and now it's the right time to chase his dream to become the great scientist..
Caeser Clown versus Charlotte Perospero..
Gas Gas No Mi versus Lick Lick No Mi..
If this is what Oda plan from beginning..
Who will win..?
Or what you guys think of Perospero's where about..?
Did he watched over Caeser's project or Big Mom send him to do other mission such as watched over Capone 'Gang' Bege..?
