Chapter 864 was released..
This is the cover page of that chapter..
It is about Beautiful Pirates..
Their Captain is Cavendish..

I think Brulee will hates Cavendish because of his beautifulness.. lol
I also think that Cavendish will be under Sanji's division later in the future arc..
So that maybe the link why Oda makes a cover page of Cavendish is because of Sanji..
Yeah..
Some says that WCI arc is Sanji's arc..
Everything related to Sanji (his family & maybe his love life..)

What can we get for this cover page..?

It is just a large ship that sailed across the sea..
-With Luffy's Jolly Roger..
-With a horse (maybe the same horse like Cavendish ride)..
-With the slogan 'Popularity' on it side..
-With nine lantern shaped like a diamond (that we can see clearly)..
-With two seagulls flying in the air..

For me..
Nine lanterns shaped like a diamond refers to nine SH Pirates (Luffy not included)..
Plus Luffy's Jolly Roger that makes it ten crew members in SH Pirates (this time include Luffy)..
Then a white female horse plus two seagulls (that means three more nakama to join in)..

Briefly..
White female horse (if that is the color of that horse) maybe got a deep meaning for Vivi & Carrot..
Carrot is a white rabbit mink..
Vivi favourite's color is white..
Both of them got the link to Snow theme..
Yeah..
I did mention it my post in the past about one of them maybe joined in SH Pirates as the next female nakama and will be the DF user (maybe she eat Snow DF that revived in one of Nami's tangerine)..
But..
We seen horse mink in Zou..
So that female horse is more suit to Carrot rather than Vivi..
Vivi don't have horse theme on her..
But Vivi ride a duck (this is not to strong prediction).. lol

What about those two seagulls..?
They are flying in the air..
Mean that the two last nakama maybe related to air..
For me..
i) Ceaser got the gas DF ability (it linked to air right..?)
ii) Momonosuke from Kozuki Clan (Kozuki refer to the Moon Crest) and maybe he's indeed the last ancient weapon so called as Uranus.. Uranus is the god of sky.. (Sky is related to air right..?)
