Is Big Mom pregnant..?
Many theorist speculated a lot on this topic based on what Oda revealed on previous chapters..
Oda stated in SBS that at age 25 years old until she turn to 67 years old.. Big Mom was constantly pregnant.. She giving birth about once a year for 42 years..
Now at the age of 68 years old.. Could she got pregnant once again constantly..?

What makes the theorist speculated this..?
i) Pregnancy Symptoms
- Earlier in this WCI arc, Big Mom as hugely craving for something.. She destroyed everything even her castle and absorbed the lifespan of her own son: Charlotte Muscato.. This craving symptom stops when Jinbei comes and serve her with the same foods that she craving for.. When the taste satisfied her.. She turn into normal.. This symptom is pointed to be one of the symptom when a girl got pregnant..
- Big Mom mood turn up and down easily.. This also make the theorist to predict that Big Mom got pregnant.
- Big Mom captured Brook and play with him as one of her favorite toy in her own bed.. This also pointed that Big Mom got specific emotion to care and cuddle for her own children (as she is carrying one in her womb).. That feeling and comfort that she showed also pointed to her as pregnant woman..
- Craving for Wedding Cake.. It is obvious that she want to taste that damn cake.. She asked the chef to make the same cake once again.. She craving for it.. This is the second time that she craving for foods.. And we can see that she's confused at the moment because she was torn between that Wedding Cake and the picture of Mother Caramel that was broken into pieces..

ii) Who is the father..?
- I think the father is Pound.. There are TWO thing that I concerned about Pound:
a) Big Mom still want Pound to live in WCI after what Lola did to her.. Lola runaway from arranged marriage and makes Big Mom in anger.. Not just Chiffon, Pound also been punished for what Lola did.. But why Big Mom sent Pound in that Seducing Forest..? Where is the other husband that Big Mom was having fun of them..? One thing that Charlotte Crackers mentioned in that Seducing Forest make me think that Pound is the prime father for Big Mom's children.. What is the Prime Father..? The father that Big Mom think is suited her the best.. Pound is also like Big Mom.. They are the same in size.. Luffy stated that he think that Pound is the giant.. But exactly Pound and Big Mom was the same race maybe dwarf for giants.. That's why I think that Pound is got to be the father for that upcoming baby..
b) As I mentioned above, Big Mom want a baby that resemble Lola & Chiffon so that she will make used of them as the bait for getting close to giant especially giants in Elbaf.. Yeah.. Prince Loki want to marry one of her daughter that happen to be Lola.. What if Big Mom planned to make one that resemble Lola and Chiffon so that in future she will get a propose from Elbaf once again.. So that is why Big Mom don't kill Pound and just punished him to be in WCI so that she will get in touch with him.. Plus what if Pound also got the same craving symptom that Big Mom got.. For me, he can get any juice at Seducing Forest.. But why he asking Luffy to get him that certain juice..?

42 years constantly giving birth.. That was awesome fact that Oda mentioned in SBS..

a) Husbands
Look back at the number of the husband that she got..
She got 43 husbands..? And yet she only pregnant 42 times only..?
Could it be that she is now pregnant for the 43 times..?
This would match the number of husbands that she got..

b) Children
Look back at the number of children that she got..
39 daughters & 46 sons.. All together are 85 children that she giving birth during that 42 times..
The number of daughters and sons don't match at all to the number of 42..
Then Oda mentioned that Charlotte Opera is one of quintuplet ( means that 5 babies born at one time..)
So 42 times minus one for Charlotte Opera's case.. We got 41 times..
Minus Charlotte Lola & Chiffon.. We still got 40 times..
Minus two boys that with balloons (Dolce & Dragee).. We got 39 times of giving birth..
But 39 times to considers that Big Mom would giving birth to one baby is countless..
There are Muscato, Perospero, Katakuri, Cracker, Brulee, Smoothie, Pudding, Oven, Daifuku, Compote, Snack, Praline, Mont D'or, Amante, Anana, Anglais & Galette.. 17 of them known and revealed by Oda..
So there are 22 more..
